This document outlines the compliance and licensing requirements for yacht owners ("Owners") and users ("Users") utilizing the Yacht Away Greece platform ("Platform"), operated by Yacht Away Greece ("Company"). Adherence to these requirements is mandatory for all parties engaging in yacht rental activities through the Platform.

2. Legal Compliance

• Maritime Laws: Owners must ensure that their vessels comply with all applicable local, national, and international maritime laws and regulations, including safety, environmental, and operational standards.
• Insurance Requirements: Owners are required to maintain valid and adequate insurance coverage for their vessels, including liability insurance, as mandated by law and the Platform's policies.

3. Licensing Requirements

• Owner Licenses: Owners must possess all necessary licenses and permits required to legally rent out their vessels. This includes registration certificates, safety inspection documents, and any other relevant maritime licenses.
• Operator Qualifications: Individuals operating the yacht must hold the appropriate qualifications and licenses, as required by law, to ensure safe and lawful operation.

4. Documentation Submission

• Verification Process: Owners are required to submit copies of all necessary compliance and licensing documents to the Company for verification prior to listing their vessels on the Platform.
• Updates and Renewals: Owners must promptly update the Company with any changes or renewals to their compliance and licensing documents to maintain their listing status on the Platform.

5. Compliance Monitoring

• Regular Inspections: The Company reserves the right to conduct regular inspections and audits of compliance and licensing documents to ensure ongoing adherence to legal and Platform requirements.
• Non-Compliance: Failure to comply with these requirements may result in suspension or removal of the Owner's listing from the Platform and potential legal action.

6. Governing Law

This document shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Greece, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or related to compliance and licensing shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Greece.

7. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend this document at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised requirements.
